At Rising Leaders, we are proud to offer a transformative leadership development experience grounded in the EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association) model. Our Equine Leadership Program is a unique opportunity for individuals and teams to enhance their leadership skills, communication, and personal growth through guided interactions with horses.

Educational services offered to best meet the students unique learning needs while also choosing the educational environment that helps the student the best. We provide therapies, private tutoring, paraprofessional and educational aids a well as assistance with the management of the Indiana ESA. In 2025 we will be adding Summer Camp options as capacity allows.

Physical Therapy provides specialized support to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and overall well-being. Services are tailored to meet the individual needs individuals with physical development, or neurological challenges, aiming to enhance their quality of line and independence.

Recreational Therapy focuses on using recreational activities to improve the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive well-being of individuals. Services are focuses on the client to promote overall health and helps individuals develop the skills, confidence, and resilience to engage in meaningful activities and enhance their quality of life.
